How do social networks affect family relationships?

Every third divorce in the world is due to the fault of social networks. The absence of any barriers and a wide range of partners for social networking leads to a surge of desires. The number of changes, since the emergence of such a concept as a social network, has tripled. The number of intra-family conflicts has also grown, as 80% of people tend to trust online friends, not husbands and wives.


A negative impact of social networks and the relationship between children and parents. On average, children begin to use their own social networks from 10 years on. Gradually, the time spent by a teenager in the network increases. As a result, 20% of adolescents are able to be on-line 21 hours a day, using Wi-Fi and any other available methods. 80% of parents are sure that they know what their children are doing on the Internet, but the children have the opposite opinion - 31% of children are convinced that their parents do not even guess what they are doing online. 69% of parents include their children as friends in social networks, but children respond reciprocally and friends of their ancestors only in 32% of cases. Worst of all, 90% of adolescents relate to peer counseling on websites, and, in the first place, seek advice from them, not their parents.

Among other things, excessive infatuation with electronic communication leads to a decrease in immunity, cardiovascular disease and mental disharmony. Small mobility and often empty thought processes (the processing of boring and unnecessary information) contribute to the development of diseases of the endocrine system.
